Our hearts are shattered at the loss of our twins.
Peter James and Macie Pearl.
We're just taking time to really heal and sort through everything.
We are planning on a memorial service.
We feel all your prayers and thank you for them.

It's a . . . and a . . .
Twin A is a BOY!
Heart beat 150
Weight 7 oz.
Twin B is a GIRL!
Heart beat 136
Weight 8 oz.
I'm so excited to know, and I was right all along! They both look healthy and when I get some time to scan the photos I will put those up . . .
Hope everyone is having as great as a day as we are!

Twinners update
So I hit week 15. Time just keeps ticking along and it seems like February will never come.
The twins are measuring perfectly and I heard their heartbeats (finally) for the first time last Friday. The first was 145, and the second was 150. I see the Dr. in 3 weeks and then we will schedule the BIG ultrasound. I use to was a boy and girl, but now I don't really care, as long as they are both developing fine and make it safely to me. My belly started to pop out this week, but I can still fit in my normal clothes. They didn't like the rapid weight loss in the beginning, and I haven't gained anything since then. They say a steady pound a week should be fine, and I think it'll come, because I'm getting my appetite back. The other day Chris and I were watching this comedian on TV and he said the words Doritos, and I looked at Chris and told him to add chips and dip to the shopping list. The smart man I married left for the grocery store 2 minutes later. Chris is the biggest blessing in my life. Such a caring man and a hard worker.
We are both back at school now and trying to get use to the hundreds of pages we have to read. He's busy with all his science classes and labs and I am busy just walking from class to class in the heat.
We also bought a new (used) car. It'll fit the twins and a double stroller come 2010. It's silver so I refer to it as The Hershey or Hershey Wagon.
Funny story today . . . I saw that Target was having a sweet sale on these convertible car seats, and they only had one left. Luckily they had another one in the back so while I held the first one and Chris was coming back with the second one, when he turned the corner and I saw the huge box in his car and the huge box in mine, it hit me that we're having two babies. I had a moment of sheer terror, but then quickly followed by pure joy. I'm so thankful to the Lord for these twins, and I just feel at peace with everything. Sure we're poor starving college students and soon-to-be-parents, but we have an eternal family and the gospel in our lives. Nothing could be better.
Well I've put off my homework long enough, and the US Open isn't on so I'm going to hit the books.
Here's my first belly pic! Enjoy, I'm sure I'll look like octomom or whatever by New Years. lol

So School is over. Chris is still working hard. I'm not doing much of anything. I've lost a little weight over the past month and hope it continues! 20 lbs so far. . .
We're getting closer to buying a place. Looks like we might be in escrow by the end of today, but I'm trying to not get my hopes up. It's a nice sized townhome (1500 sqft.) 3 bed 2.5 bath. I really love it. If all goes to plan we'll get it for a super great price.
I recently had an allergic reaction to my wedding ring and it's been hanging around my neck for a week. We're going to take it to our jewelry friend so it can get cleaned and saudered (spell check please?) together. Hopefully that will fix that problem.
Once we find a place to live I plan on getting a part time job and save up for a car (with a/c). I've been trying to keep busy by watching movies, knitting baby hats for the humanitarian stuff, working on all my crafts, hanging out with friends, and playing with my adorable nephews. Porter just turned 3!
Also last friday Chris and I rode the lightrail to downtown Phoenix because the first friday of every month some museums are free and there's a ton of art vendors. It was a nice date, then we got back on the lightrail and rode it to the Old Spaghetti Factory, pretty good, but I couldn't even eat half my entree.
Well I guess that's about all the boring stuff going on in our life right now. Also check out my craft blog, today I'm going to post this amazing granola bar I made. It was a huge hit at our break the fast yesterday and I was asked for the recipe by multiple people. I typed it out and made my own notes and variations to it. Try it out and tell me what you think!

So Chris and I are done with school! YAY! We're also going to take a class or two over the summer.
Not much is new. Chris is working hard at Service Master and I'm going stir crazy with out a car. We're starting to look at condos and townhouses instead of homes because all the investors are paying straight cash so our odds aren't looking good. We're keeping our fingers crossed.
Not much else to report. There was rain last week and it was nice to have the cool down. Yesterday for Memorial Day we had some hamburgers and went swimming with Chris' family. I haven't been in the pool for forever!
Hope everyone is well and I'll post when I have new news.

Spring Happenings
Where to start? There's only like 3 weeks of school. Life is pretty okay, we might not get the house do to the annoying underwriting process, but we might get into one before the summer is over, so our hopes are completely dashed. There's been a lot of family visiting and that's been nice. Right now I've got some pics of Jason and I, and later I'll post some pics of the Johnson family that we took on Sunday. Hope all is well with everyone else.

Easter
Happy Easter everyone! Church was wonderful. We were reminded and very grateful for our Saviors life and sacrifice. My favorite talk in general conference last week was Elder Holland's, here's part of it . . . Enjoy!
Well there's a month left in school and it's crunch time. Everything right now feels like crunch time. The loan process is taking longer than we want it to so we got a week extension on the closing date. We were hoping for earlier, but we're sure everything will all work out. We also got our tax refund and thanks to whatever Obama put in for first time home buyers, we can now afford to do some remodeling. Other exciting news is I got some new glasses. I should have taken a picture but forgot oh well. Arizona also got some rain this week and it was nice to have some cool down time. The Lord also blessed us with a beautiful rainbow. Chirs and I had fun making our own ham and mashed potatoes, and we also dyed eggs. Then we caught up on some much needed rest and I had a nap till 8PM tonight. I also had the flu earlier this week and that was no fun. I'm just grateful too keep down food and water. (on the plus side I lost like 8 pounds)

Viva Spring Break!
That's me playing Wi on the largest TV!
The Belliago Garden
Outside Circus Circus
Inside the theatre!
OoOoOo Chocolate!
I took along my Holga for my photography project.
It was HUGE!
Airport
So here are some random pictures from our Las Vegas trip over Spring Break. We got a great deal through US Airways that we couldn't pass up. We stayed at Circus Circus, and we saw Cirque du Soleil's KA. We recommend it highly. It was a great chance to kick back and relax before we finish another year of school and become homeoweners. Yes, we're in ESCROW! (Pictures start from bottom top . . . I'm still figuring out this blogging thing). I'll update later, but it might be a while.

Back to School . . .
This is our first week of school. We really enjoyed the long winter break! The downside to all of this is that we have crazy busy schedules with school, homework, jobs, calling, etc. A few exciting things are happening now.
-Chris is making good sales for his dad (print broker). So if you guys need anything printed you know who to ask. lol!
-A jewelry company discovered my jewelry display boards on craigslist and has ordered one this weekend that I have to finish it tomorrow and ship it to NY on saturday so they canhave it monday. It'll be huge 3x4'! (I'll post pictures when I'm done)
-I'm adjusting to my new calling in the nursery. I'm warming up to it
-Chris and I are are starting to look at some bank owned homes. Nothings for certain, but we're just looking at our options. If we do get more serious or actually buy one, we'll post pictures.
Also last week we went to an "Office Party" Chris dressed up as Dwight and I was Angela. I also put a calculator in yellow jello. We had a fun time and I don't know if I should be proud or embarassed, but I knew all of the trivia questions.
This weekend is going to be a busy one, but I'll try and post more when all the craziness is done.

Happy New Year!
This is our first post. I'm trying to figure this blogging thing.
Chris and I are really enjoying the break from school, but that ends in a few weeks. We just got back from California visiting my newest nephew Jason, and we had the best time. We also celebrated our first year of marriage. I'm going to try and post some photos of this past year.

This is us just being goofy and in love!

For spring break we took a little camping trip in Sedona. It was beautiful there, but the water was so cold!

Our nephew Bradford was born, and I got to do a fun little photo shoot with him!

We carved THE WORLD for Halloween, that other pumpkin never got touched. lol.

I tried making Chicken Bakes for our One Year Anniversary. Chris bought me those beautiful roses. The cake tasted bad. Most expensive cake we've ever bought and a total of four bites were eaten. Two at the reception and two a year later. Oh well . . .

Our little Christmas celebration! Last year we didn't do much of Christmas, due to the wedding, but this year we got to have mexican food on Christmas Eve, and sweet rolls Christmas morning.

Our California trip! I got to see my nephew Jason! We went to the beach, saw talking birds, tide pools, and so many fun things.
WOW! That took longer than I thought it would. I'm trying to add other blog websites like as my friend or something, but I don't know how. If you guys do, please help!
Happy New Year.
